My name is Pete Schwab.
I create spaces where people can feel safe in vulnerability and trust. This is the primary condition for people to fully engage in learning and growth in all the various aspects of our lives. I approach the challenge of creating these spaces using my honesty, humor, storytelling, and by honoring the spirit of play. I thrive contributing to environments where people are encouraged to bring their whole, human selves to work.
